Flour Club Soda
In a bowl place the ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, chives and egg yolk. Mix together the fill each zucchini blossom twisting the ends. Then in a bowl take the flour and some ice cold club soda, mix together to make batter. Dip each filled blossom and fry till light brown. Drain well, place on plate, garnish with fried Italian parsley and chives. Serve as an excellent hors d'oeuvres.
