Cut puff pastry into squares and poke holes in crust. Place puff pastry on a baking tray. Place cut fruit on each pastry. Sprinkle generously with sugar and just a touch of salt. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 8-12 minutes until light brown. To serve, slightly cool or let cool completely and place on a plate. Garnish with raspberries, lemon balm, powdered sugar or whatever you like. Great breakfast or nice afternoon desert!
