Banana Pudding



Ingredients

Bananas-sliced
Nilla Wafers - finely crushed
Butter
Sugar
Pastry Cream or Vanilla Pudding
Egg Whites
Meringue
Vanilla
Cream of Tartar

Directions

Mix finely crushed wafers with melted butter. Place them in a pie pan. Then take 12 egg whites place in a mixer, add sugar, cream of tartar, vanilla, and whip into meringue.

Begin to layer sliced bananas and pastry cream. After a couple layers of each, add the meringue and use a blow torch to brown the meringue. Place in the refrigerator and enjoy this SWEET Dessert!
