To make the salsa, start with diced tomatoes, add capers, rosemary, garlic, shallots, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper & olive oil, mix together.
Place fish steaks on a plate with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, top with salsa, more rosemary and lemon. Enjoy!!
