Classic Steak Diane



Ingredients

Tenderloin Steak - thinned out
Tabasco
Worcestershire
Salt
Pepper
Cognac
Garlic
Butter
Beef Steak
Mustard
Shallots
Mustard
Heavy Cream
Mushrooms
Parsley

Directions

Take the thinned tenderloin add salt, pepper, and mustard. Place in a sauce pan with butter and brown on both sides. Next add butter, shallots, garlic, mushrooms, cognac, beef stock, Worcestershire and tabasco and reduce. Then add the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Add to the sauce the meat, parsley and a little more cognac. Display on a plate and garnish with some more parsley. Enjoy!!!
