DirectionsStart with 2-3 sticks of butter in a pan, add garlic, onion and saute. Then add in the tomatoes diced, salt, pepper, sugar, brown sugar, white wine, and cook the mixture down. Spice it up with some hot sauce and add the green peppers.
Place enough mixture in a large oven pan to cover the bottom. Add the browned pork chops and top them with the remaining mixture. Place foil on top and put into the oven. After baking for about an 1 to 1-1/2 hours, place some rice on a plate, top with pork chops garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
