In the championship game, North Platte junior Callie Haneborg had three goals, while freshman Kaitlyn Evans added one.

"It's been a goal for these girls, we've had it out there as a goal for the last several years. It's been six or seven since we've finished undefeated in our GNAC tournament. So, the girls were excited, they brought energy both games. It's really hard to finish two games strong. Their possesion game is strong, they're moving the ball like they need to, they're team players and I think everybody gave stuff today that we needed in order to win the tournament," North Platte girls coach Sarah Kaminski said about her team's GNAC championship.

In the boys third place game, North Platte junior Dylan LeTourneau set a school record with six goals in the 10-0 win over Gering.
