The Bison defeated the Swedes 7-4 on Monday, sending the Swedes to the loser's bracket.

In the loser's bracket, the Swedes defeated Lexington 6-5 to set up the rematch with McCook.

The score was tied at zero going into the fifth inning, but the Bison scored three runs to take the lead. They would add three more runs in the top of the seventh, thanks to a Brolin Morgan two RBI single, and a Kaylin Martin RBI single with two outs.

Alexis Bliven hit a two run home run in the bottom of the seventh to break the shut-out by Kori Uerling, but that's all the Swedes would score.

The Bison advance to Districts, and will learn who they will play later in the week.
