NPHS conducts first Fall Sports Kickoff Meeting

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP)--- NPHS conducting it's first Fall Sports Kickoff Meeting under new Activities Director, Jordan Cudney.

The Class A battle was talked about with North Platte staff addressing the NSAA about the travel disparity and demographics the Bulldogs face while competing in Class A.

Activities Director Jordan Cudney said although they wouldn't be allowed to drop to Class B, the NSAA is allowing NPHS to create it's schedule starting next school year between Classes A and B teams.

However bumping down a class would deduct two points from the Bulldog's wildcards points.

Nebraska Wrestling coach Mark Manning was the guest speaker with a message of building unity between parents and coaches now-a-days.
