Two Hershey players shine in CSO All-Star basketball games

CAMBRIDGE, Neb. (KNOP) - Cambridge high school hosted the Cambridge School Organization All-Star basketball games Friday evening.

In the girls game, the score was close late, but the West All-Stars pulled away late to win the game 59-31. Hershey's Ashley Hassett led the West with 18 points, and was named the team MVP. The only other player on the team in double digits was Kaleigh Kummer of St. Pat's, who had 11.

In the boys game, the East won the game 94-79. Jacob Gosnell of Hershey was the leading scorer for the West boys, scoring 18. Scott Wheeler and Braden Space, both from Chase County, scored 11 points.
