1. Please provide a brief overview of your background and what drives you to seek this office.

I would be grateful for your vote on May 14th. I grew up homeschooled on a grain and livestock farm before joining the US Air Force out of ROTC at the University of Wyoming in 1999. I served 22 years on active duty, retiring honorably as a Lt Colonel with multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I entered this Senate race because of the incompetent and embarrassing withdraw from Afghanistan. Our Senate is failing, and I am running to defend and secure our country and constitution that I spent my youth protecting. I can’t sit back and let the uniparty destroy our country and treat our veterans with such disrespect. I am 48 years old and live in Omaha with my wife Bri and 2 kids Anders and Bravery.

2. What would be your top three priorities if (re)elected?

1. Secure our southern border

2. Election Integrity

3. Reduce the debt of $34T. I will not vote to increase the debt.

3. How do you plan to advocate for federal support for Nebraska’s agriculture industry?

We need country and state of origin labeling on all our Nebraska ag products (beef, pork, corn, tractors, ethanol, etc.) If it is made or grown in Nebraska people around the world need to know.

4. What strategies do you propose to enhance the economy?

Stop spending more than we take it. I will NOT vote to increase the debt. I will get the government out of people’s lives and reduce regulations that hurt small businesses and Agriculture.

5. What reforms need to be made to border security and immigration, if any? How do these issues directly impact Nebraskans?

I will close and secure our border. The drugs and criminals coming across are killing our people and it needs to stop. I will also deport the people that came into this country illegally. We are a country of laws and I do not support a path to citizenship for people who came to the US illegally. I do support legal immigration. We need to let people in this country who love America and have something to offer our country.

6. What is your stance on U.S. involvement in foreign conflicts such as those in Ukraine and Gaza? Do you support funding for these conflicts or sanctions against Russia?

I do not support funding for Ukraine. America is $34T in debt and sending more money to them won’t win the war or stop the war. Ukraine is an endless war that the US needs to stop supporting. I do support the US helping Israel.

7. How would you balance being mindful of taxpayer spending and also providing critical services like infrastructure, social security and more to Nebraskans?

I will not cut social security, but I will cut the bureaucratic functions of our government. Our government is performing functions that our constitution doesn’t allow. I will abolish the Dept of Education and cut all other government agencies.

8. Many Americans are frustrated and distrustful of our leadership in Washington. How can you work to help rebuild trust between Government and the American people?

People are fed up because they can’t trust our politicians in DC and they can’t be trusted. Politicians go to DC to get rich, trade stocks and forget about the people. I will always stay connected to the people and visit all 93 counties every year. I will hold in person and virtual town halls weekly and give Nebraskans updates on what’s going on in Congress and I’ll also explain to them why I voted on a particular bill.
